Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, the service or package you are interested in, your timeline, and your message.

We also record how you arrived at the site (the referring page and any campaign parameters in the link) so we know which of our own efforts are working. That is attached to your enquiry and is not used to build a profile of you.

We do not use advertising cookies or trackers on this site. Our analytics are cookieless and record page views in aggregate, with no identifier that ties a visit to a person.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to carry out that work. Nothing you send here is added to a marketing list, sold, or shared with anyone for their own purposes.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and are emailed to hello@farbeyond.lk. Netlify processes this data on our instructions as a service provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to work we carried out are kept as long as we need them for accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

Email hello@farbeyond.lk and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action deletion requests unless we are required to keep something for accounting reasons, in which case we will tell you what and why.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. It describes the site as it currently operates.
